Shipping and Return Policies
Please contact us prior to purchase if you are in need of an item by a certain date, this will incur extra cost for upgraded shipping in order to receive by guaranteed date. ALL Items no matter the shipping service chosen, ship out within 1-2 business days of order being placed. If you choose standard shipping your items will be sent First Class Mail via US Postal Service.
We do not offer full refunds, only store credit. Buyer must inquire about exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt of item and returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of item. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Item must be returned in same or similar packaging item was received in to prevent damage to item in transit.
Please read carefully the description of each piece as the length and dimensions are listed and we expect the customer to fully understand what they are purchasing. If you have questions about an item prior to purchasing please do not hesitate to email us.
Notification of defective-upon-arrival items must be made within 5 days of receipt of item and returns must be received within 14 days of inquiry for a full refund. If it is longer than 14 days after receipt the customer will be offered store credit. For defective items a return shipping label will be provided.
All sale items are final.
We do however back our items by offering free repairs for anything that you may have issues with 6 months from date of receipt. This is not expected but we know that jewelry takes extra care! After the 6 months there will be a fee for repairs varying depending on the piece.

Please refrain from being rough with the pieces, getting jewelry wet (including free of perfume and lotions), sleeping in, and leaving in extreme temperatures. It is advised to store your Goldenstrand Jewelry in the bag or box that it came in or somewhere free of extreme temperatures and water.
